Twitter’s press email auto-replied to a request for comment with a poop emoji.

    Classy.

Their “press email” is literally just a bot that auto responds with the poop emoji. Has been for months.

I like that every news article mentions this

I initially wrote “how is it newsworthy anymore” but really as long as that’s how twitter communicates with news orgs, that’s twitter’s official statement about anything they’re asked

Sometimes being at a company in the end times can be fun and chaotic. You have a sense of comeraderie with everyone who’s going through the same thing. With the amount of overwork Musk mandates to keep his ego going, I could see everyone pretending to work hard while he’s around, then fucking around, looking for new jobs, etc the rest of the time.

I still can’t believe how much of an idiot Elon has been managing this. How many drugs was he on when he submitted the bid.

Elon insists everyone stop WFH and come physically into the office, but then doesn’t pay rent and there’s no office to go into. Flawless logic.

This happened in Singapore earlier this year too. A friend of mine was affected. HR pretty much just sent out an email and told them to pack their shit and go home.
