The simple reason your approach isn’t working is that you are using the wrong method and still expecting it to work.
You clearly state that you are only using the Remove AGS button. This only works when the popup is AGS-related, that is, the Adobe Genuine Service popup, which explicitly shows Adobe Genuine Service Alert at the top.
This distinction is clearly explained in the Troubleshoot Section, complete with sample images.
However, the image you provided shows a popup that is non-AGS-related. It’s simply a variant of the common Unlicensed popup.
This can be resolved by following the method specific to the popup you’re seeing: Run WinTrust on the app, use modified hosts with any additional domain found, the temporary workaround method, or block the app in your firewall.
Using the correct method will resolve the issue. Otherwise, you are repeating the common mistake of mismatching non-AGS-related popups with AGS-related solutions and expecting them to work, which they won’t.
