In the past, ThinkPads, but my next one will probably be an ARM-based one for the performance and power efficiency (e.g. Snapdragon X Elite).
FYI, people who do not eat any fruit or vegetables (on the carnivore diet) do not get scurvy.
Keepass + Syncthing is a great combination.

That’s what parentheses are for.
I use Debian stable for my main OS for the stability, security and infrequent updates, and run all of my services in Docker containers to keep everything up to date.
