4 days agoAptera gets up to 40 per day, but that vehicle also focuses on extreme efficiency in other ways. I just wish more technology focused on practicality and efficiency.

I like the idea, but I don’t expect it to be affordable. I also want to see more EVs being covered in solar panels for at least some free mileage. EVs only seem to be for the grotesquely rich these days.
NASA are big fans of FOSS Linux.
I don’t like depending on corporations for anything and I’m not even a government agency or launching rockets.
And Rocky would be an even better choice.

Welcome to the fediverse new user. Since you appear to be lost, you should know that we are overwhelmingly linux users on the fediverse, and that !linuxmemes@lemmy.world is unsurprisingly a linux-centric community.
None of us are inexperienced with Windows or Linux and many of us are Linux users because of Windows.
It has so many great ideas, all it needs is time and polish.
This one was real, though.
