Sometimes I also add a folding bluetooth keyboard, mini bluetooth mouse, and USB drives, but that’s only when I’m gonna use the Deck as a computer for 3D modeling or typing tasks.

I have nothing against the original, I used it for a few months and it works great. I switched to a different case when I got a different charger and other cords to use with the external battery I added to the ‘entourage’ for the Deck. The original case didn’t have the room for all that, and things like earbuds didn’t like to stay in the elastic hollow of the original. Wasn’t a big deal, but it was a noticeable change after switching cases.

Buy a nice case for transporting it. I like my JSAUX case, it has alot more storage space then the stock case.

Woah woah woah, this about chemtrails? I can’t believe I’m even surprised, really, but how can these idiots be focused on this rather then literally any of the actual issues that people are facing right now?

That’s a rhetorical question, I already known the answer is they want to handwave away real issues and only focus on the theater issues they themselves create to generate outrage.

But I mean, they want to outlaw the imaginary chemtrails? Didn’t have that on my apocalyptic bingo card.

I loved Deus Ex Human Revolution, it was my intro to the series and still one of my favs. I woild also recommend something a little more sandbox, like Minecraft or Lightyear Frontier, just for the sheer time sink these games can be. Farming and building can make you lose track of hours at a time, great for travel.

I could also recommend something like Be my Hoard. Trying to get over an hour on a run is a fun way to burn an hour, if you like rouge-lite styles.

If you like driving, something like American Truck Simulator or Euro Truck Simulator is another great time sink.

I actually haven’t used anything that makes use of the Deck microphones yet, do they work well for this?

Go into desktop mode, open the menu and use the search function to look for “Nested Desktop”. Now right click and add that to Steam. When you boot into Game mode, you’ll see a new item added called Nested Desktop, which you can open to access desktop mode while still in game mode. I found out about this a week ago and so far I use it most for referencing my digital game guides or searching NMS portal codes while still gaming.

Make sure to check out “Nested Desktop mode”, it’s a great way to have faster access while in the default Game mode
