Thank you for eviscerating him-, oops, I mean providing that additional insight
You’ve never been to a rural area of the country, have you? I traveled to Idaho recently and good fuck was it boring. Hiking is fun for a few days, but then there’s 20 degree weather, snow, ice, hail, poor Internet that’s basically DSL so you can’t play any games or access the Internet. People live within 50 miles of cities for their own sanity
Y’all realize this is a bubble, right?
Can you explain why you feel that way?
The answer is to go somewhere cheaper. If you go far enough out of town the prices will go down.
So basically, somewhere no one wants to live because of distasters, is boring AF, no jobs there.
What’s the difference between Fidelity and vanguard Target date funds, if any? Also, how do you know which year to pick?

Which funds did you invest into? I’ve studied like 25 hours of investing. Haven’t found a good fund yet except FSKAX and VTI
Publix is just a horribly run business. They should monitor someone making the subs and see how long it takes them to make subs while simultaneously addressing the growing line in store. Because it’s not right to ignore people that are standing in line and have showed up during their lunch hour at work. Like that’s totally wrong. But monitor how many mobile order subs they get through during the lunch hour, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. and how long each sub takes to make during that time… Then use that for their time estimation. I guarantee it would be a lot longer of an estimate than the ones they provide on their website. So they are basically lying to the people online, which causes a lot of anger. You see people come into the store and start getting upset because their mobile order isn’t there on time
Don’t blame the people ordering online, they are not the problem
I disagree. I see plenty of entitled, snarky people come in wondering where their mobile order is. They see a line of 20 people and they expect their mobile order to be sitting there waiting for them, but the one lady who is making all those mobile orders is severely behind because she has a pile of them to get through. Same thing with Starbucks too. Perfect example there. Lots of nasty, aggressive people come into the store demanding to know where their mobile order drink is because they placed it two minutes ago and completely ignored the estimate.

It’s scary how quickly people assume conspiracy
I’m not assuming it’s a conspiracy. I simply stated that it’s suspicious and shady. There’s several things that simply don’t add up about the situation. (1) Why did the “county employees” not notify the election center in any way? The employees there had no idea what was going on. That’s very unusual.
(2) why ghosts? It’s not difficult to understand that dressing in white cloths or robes might easily be misunderstood as something else, especially in a very diverse town with a fair amount of non-white people voting there. They could’ve dressed as anything else. Bumblebee, cat whiskers, bunny rabbit, ghostbusters. They really chose white sheets that look like a ripoff klansmen outfit, and didn’t even think twice
(3) Why did they show up at a polling center, and try filming it, which is 100% illegal. That’s common knowledge. You can’t film on the premises of a polling location during a voting period. They had so many other county government buildings to choose from. Tax collector, DMV, wastewater plant, fire station… They specifically chose to do it at a place where it’s known to be illegal
(4) why did they ignore Georgia state law that explicitly states that wearing a mask is illegal? This is very widely known, you can dress up for Halloween ON halloween, but randomly walking around in a full blown ghost costume not on Halloween is illegal
(5) Why did they try to film it? This is the one that honestly makes zero sense. Holiday cheer, sure, whatever. But why would you try to film at a polling center (illegal)? Usually the media is called in to film things like “Hey Fox local news, can you cover this and televise it?” Nope, they’re just like, we’re going to randomly film this for no apparent reason on a day that isn’t Halloween, without telling anyone we’re coming

The one on the left looks like bacon bits. The one on the right literally looks like baking powder. Cannot imagine how processed this is to have it be good for 3 and 1/2 years that it says on the package as expiration date
I’m in Georgia, they honestly could not care less. I’ve contacted them in the past about issues and they really did not care
Like, if you don’t know it’s closed
They literally stated that they knew it was closed
It takes three seconds to shake their head or say we’re closed something
The signage on the door explains the hours of operation, and the door is locked. Why should that have to be explained?
People still talk like this? Wow. Anyway, it’s not a contest. Both scenarios can be very unfortunate and disappointing
