In that case, I’m definitely not sharing this.

You can’t help getting older, but you don’t have to get old. Stay in touch with younger people, and don’t be afraid to make friends with younger people (within reason - stick to 20 or older). Don’t make fun of current slang, you had yours at that age too. Learn it even if you don’t use it yourself. Don’t fall into the trap of “the only good music was my generation’s”, always look for new music to like, even if it’s individual songs instead of whole artists.
Keep taking care of your appearance. Even if you go full gray in the future, if you make a point to look at least good, you’re ahead of a lot of people of all ages.
And remember - gray hair isn’t an embarrassment, every single one is a testament that no one and nothing in life has been able to kill you yet. The more you have, the more it testifies that you are hard to kill. 😁
It’s gone from being a comedy to a documentary to a vision of a more positive future than our current one that we can achieve if we work together really hard. :-(

Mildly Infuriating@lemmy.world•I ordered my daughter a pizza, something I don't usually do. I got Domino's smallest size with two toppings. I got her cheese sticks and two sauces and tipped the driver 20%. $31.07.English
4·2 years agoMy family have explicitly stopped ordering from Dominoes because of how insane their pricing has gotten. We have lots of significantly cheaper pizza options in my area that that are as good or are better.

A driver and loading mscdex in dos yes, proprietary Windows software no, at least for a standard IDE/ATAPI cd rom drive. CD data would work as long as the dos driver was installed right, and for cd audio, Windows 3.1x has a driver that comes with it called “[MCI] CD Audio” that will need to be installed in Control Panel -> Drivers. :-)
