If it truly is only an hour of someone’s time, then I’d much rather they made that insignificant amount less profit, but did the work to make our experience better.
I keep multiple versions in the same library. I use Emby, and, as long as my naming is good, I get one listing for each movie, and the ability to select which version to watch.
You just reminded me of something I saw once, that I’d love to find. It was some sketch comedy show, and the sketch was “Every episode of Star Trek”. It was hysterical.
Possibly, but I’d think there’s an equal chance that it interests new customers. I’d have to see data proving either way.
But it’s still ridiculous to be so concerned about the corporation that made a kabillion dollars in profit last year. If they’re so go at their business that they can make those kinds of profits, one leaked image is not a problem.
Won’t someone think of the corporations?!

That ceiling is supposed to be that way. The insulation is on top of the roof deck, and the lack of a suspended ceiling gives it a more open feel. That’s why they painted all of the roof structure white (it also allows them to use less power for lighting). Walmart has a lot of problems, but store design isn’t one (although retail layout is, IMO).
I would like to have user-based tags, in addition to community, instance, and post-level. It’s nice to be able to rag the trolls or bad-faith actors.
Paint Shop Pro. . .
Now that’s a name I haven’t heard in years.
FLAC or some other lossless format is better.
