It’s honestly outstanding. When I realized how much content was in this game compared to BOTW my jaw hit the floor! I’ve been a life long Zelda fan so it makes me so happy to see the franchise getting renewed love and excitement around it.

I think a lot of this has to do with your table design and general query efficiency. Choosing the wrong structure early on will force you to migrate earlier. If you’re really thoughtful and intentional with your DB design, I can definitely see a single Postgres instance scaling to handle the vast, vast majority of web applications.
Oooh. How is the System Shock remake? Huge fan of the original, but haven’t had the time to look into the remake too much. Was it “modernized” or were all the systems kept faithful to the original?
Tears Of the Kingdom! Fully went in expecting to be disappointed, but it just continues to blow me away the deeper I get into it. Truly incredible what they were able to pull off with such old hardware.
I think JavaScript is a great first language. Easy to pick up, but lots of potential (frontend/backend/native). A lot of people dislike JavaScript (some valid reasons, some not) but it’s undeniably a great first language.
