I remember hearing apple cores were poisonous when I was in elementary school, and that was before reddit existed. But yes, it is bullshit that they are poisonous.

3·10 months agoI have watched this man explain the refrigeration cycle, where he dicusses what latent heat of vaporization is in so many videos, so many times over, and I still could not tell you how it works.
But that doesn’t mean he’s not good at explaining it, it just means I have too much of a caveman brain to understand it.
This is definitely one of the best YouTube channels. I should probably consider being a patron, tbh.
It for sure is The Sun, but if you look closely at the logo, you will see it actually says “The U.S. Sun”. So it’s an American offshoot of the British newspaper and the domain OP was accessing is likely hosted in the U.S.

I’ve been getting into Stardew Valley for the first time and it sips on battery power. I think I went almost 5 hours before charging, and that was with WiFi and Bluetooth enabled. I imagine it would go for at least an hour longer with airplane mode on.

I see, and understand the point you were making with your original comment now. It’s only a matter of time before we get other app alternatives that add these features. Maybe the Sync devs will be releasing a Lemmy client following the implementation of Reddit’s API changes.
Pretty sure Jerboa on Android has the ability to add multiple accounts.
The only thing I hate more than seeing a standard “MAGA” merch is seeing “TRUMP 2028” merch. It’s disturbing how many of those I’ve seen around since the last US election.
