I have no clue about the old launcher, but the current launcher allows you to select any version all the way back past alpha. It was a lot of fun to try to hunt down which version I probably first played.

Honestly this is a pretty big deal. Mario Kart 8 has been an absolute sales juggernaut. It’s been largely speculated that mario kart 9 has been delayed just because 8 keeps on making millions. It’s just so uncommon to see a game sell in such huge numbers for over 6 years like that, especially because the game itself is way older than that and it didn’t even get any expansions/dlc until very recently.
Why not both!
In the context of remasters, the same thing happened with Dark Souls 1 and its remaster.
I once pirated Pirates of the Caribbean while on a cruise in the Caribbean. It was absolutely a high point in my life.
Yeah, even if it IS true that it’s not juicy right now, doesn’t that mentality run directly contradictory to the desire for linux to become more popular? We’re trying to increase market share, so the “not a juicy target” idea is a very wreckless way of thinking.
That is super awesome, but yeah, sounds like the kinda thing you should keep underground. Too many cool projects have been killed because they went public.
Battlebit is a lot of fun, and absolute chaos. But it’s the kinda thing you’ll probably want to switch off of after a few rounds so having minecraft to switch back to is a great balance.
That’s awesome! Are there any draw backs to the debian version? I feel like they’d just abandon Ubuntu if there was really no difference.
Honey hasnt found me a coupon in probably over a year. Idk how it didn’t click to me until now that its just more spyware. Theres no way the big corps are just okay with people paying less for evwrything unless they get something else out of it
Well said, the problem is, I post nothing on instagram. So my presence on pixelfed is not at all a reason for anyone in my circle to join lol. I imagine since we’re all the nerds of our families/friend-groups here, this is probably the case for a lot of us.
Just like how no one has ever put anything malicious on Wikipedia. Nope, never, not once
Yeah pretty much. As soon as facebook broke the ice on “never use your real name on the internet” it was over. Now we have entire generations that were introduced to the internet as one that was ruled by social media sites. They were never even taught the same online safety stuff that we grew up with.
I’m not sure who would’ve downvoted you there, but yeah I live in an already car dominated city with 90+ degree humid weather for months straight. I DO have a bycicle but it’s just not a feasible form of travel for me.
This is why its good that there are a lot of us privacy focused individuals. If you or I were the only faint fingerprints, it would still be easy to pick us out, but thankfully there are whole privacy communities like this.
Bro its so easy, simply have 5 years of linux experience. Legit tho I’ve been trying linux out for a long time and the only computer I really try to repair instead of reinstalling is my server, cuz I don’t remotely remember how I set that thing up in the first place.
Ah yeah, I guess I could have checked the rest of your profile name lol. That’s very cool! It’s really making me think more about which instance I wanna stick with as a primary.
That’s beehaw right <.< Quick curiosity, does that extend to other instances for you? Or can you still downvote as long as it’s not on a community within your own instance? I didn’t make my own account there, but I read the explanation for no downvoting and I felt like it made a lot of sense.
Man I remember watching this happen in realtime to r/AbruptChaos. There were two simple rules 1.the video must start out calm 2. there must be an abrupt moment where multiple things start happening at once. It slowly went from every post being great, to more than 90% of them being chaos the entire video or only having one bizarre event. Idk if it was moderation getting loose or karma-farming or both but hopefully its a while before that starts happening here.
If by emulation you mean your ability to emulate, absolutely not. Its a portable program, you can find countless mirrors of the downloads or ask someone you know and trust for a copy. If you mean active development in 3DS emulation… Yeah probably dead.
