Framerate unlocking mods on PC for other From games have had major issues. The studio still has terrible practices with tying animations to framerates, damage to framerate, etc

I have a 4k tv. Most of the time I just play games at 1080p since it keeps the pc quieter and it looks the same. But I do also set it for 120 Hz
In the bios options it shows that secure boot is already disabled. It’s not an old pc. I got it around 2021. Z590 motherboard. I’ve already run a system image off of a USB drive, which is how I installed the OS originally.
