As someone with sciatica and bursitis, I’m going to take this advice while standing. I’ve heard the opposite lying down, but my problem is neurological/ inflammation. I’m throwing this out there: Miquella is a trans woman but only identifies in her “dreams.” In her dreams, she’s the consort of Messmer because he also sought to create his own Erd Tree. They had a falling out, and Messmer wanted to keep their realm shrouded in dreams, while Miquella wanted to bring them to the surface so she could assume her true identity. We, as the players, will choose our side.

My theory: You save either Save Miquella or kill Messmer. Somewhat like the dichotomy between Radagon and Marika, but with a choice.
