Why would you need to give them your login details why couldn’t you just sign into your bank account yourself? You still have to provide the details either way so it’s not convenient.

My company buys it. No idea what they use it for since I work in IT and I don’t use it for anything.
Youtube recommended videos does this. Not a huge issue because I can always search for the video myself but it’s annoying.
I think they just mean that it’s not necessary for playing the game. It isn’t like if you know the lore then you can find a secret cave, that gives you access to extra content. It is there for its own sake.
The value add that it gives is entirely dependent on the individual. It would be nice if there was some gameplay reward for reading it.
Maybe you’ll the drug dealer
I suppose that’s nice. Although I do not see the problem with charging for updates, with multiplayer it’s a problem because people might get pressured into buying something they might otherwise not get it because of friends, but with the single player game I can’t see the issue. And why doesn’t the dev deserve to be compensated?
I don’t know so much about Terraria because I don’t really play it but Minecraft makes most of its money through merchandise. The game is more vehicle to sell green plushies and funko pops than it is to make money itself.
There already is a lawyer in the UK that says that.
As long as you ignore its problems it’s great. I’m sure you do.
Meanwhile the rest of us who don’t live in cloud Cuckoo land have to deal with your shitty system that takes 45 minutes to process a transaction and requires the burning down of several rainforests per transaction. So we can see it is probably not a good idea.
If it’s an actual human right how come it gets cut off if you don’t pay your bills?
I used to work for a water company in an admin role and one of the things that I learned was we can’t actually cut people’s water off because it’s a safety issue and a human right to have access to water at all times. If people didn’t pay their bills all that really happened was they got threatening letters but nothing ever actually happened to their water supply.
Also cutting off water is a pain because you have to physically send an engineer out to go do it you can’t do it remotely. At least not in 2011 when I last worked there.
He is yet to perfect the resigned school teacher look.
No you forgot to step or forcing them to develop a crap game with a bunch of micro transactions that no one buys because it’s full of micro transactions. Then they shut the studio down for being unproductive, never mind that it was made unproductive by their decisions.
Yes I think they would like that
But only in that order.
And, Professor Brian Cox.
That always ends up happening. Whenever a government has being in power for too long they start to break into 90 different factions and spend their entire time fighting each other, and not getting anything else done.
Also a certain group of the Conservatives have started to play by the Republican Party playbook, while the rest of them are politely asking if maybe they could not be fascists? Of course appeasement never works so apparently the next best option is to have giant arguments about it and replace the PM every 10 minutes.
Fortunately Labour are another party, and regardless of what you think about them as a party, they are at least different and are less fractional currently, so perhaps now we can get something done.
If you want ethanol then vodka would be better than beer as it has fewer other components
I’ll remember this the next time I feel like going to the US
It’s because they reckon on 8-hour days but then under UK law they have to give you two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch. So they decide that they don’t like that so you’ve got to work the hours back so they add an extra hour on and then claim that your break times don’t count.
But the problem with that is the only reason that I’m having a break in the town rather than at my house is because of all the other hours I’m doing around it. So really they should be paying for it. Capitalism is going to capitalism.
I don’t know how it works in the US but under European law if he knows about these things and isn’t reporting them he’s liable if and when it all comes to light.
If you know that the company you work for is committing crimes, and you do not report it, you are as liable as the company.
