I will say I can feel the hype train with Manor Lords, which I usually am not a part of. I like that kind of game and already had furthest frontier so I picked it up.

I think this is because of luxury taxes and how hard Ford works to keep their cost down relative to porsche’s and BMWs in markets like Australia. They really do look so cool compared to a little hatchback and since you don’t have to pay 50% extra they’re accessible.

It’s worse than you think – In most US States, you can pay people way under the minimum wage as long as their tips make up for it. So an average waiter might make 2 bucks and hour on paper. If they didn’t get enough tips to reach minimum wage, the restaurant would have to pay them out on top of that, but it’s just this fucked up cultural thing to give restaurant owners free labor that the customers pay for.

They’re the good times because you see you had no responsibilities and endless potential to be so many things, which becomes less and less true as you age. Of course, it’s miserable too not knowing what you are/what to do and feeling lost because you have no responsibilities, so it’s really just a grass is greener thing I imagine.
