Yeah, when I need one I buy one from eBay for about $8. Sure it’s probably a bulk licence that’s been setup on a stolen credit card, but in all my years of doing this I’ve never had one of these licences revoked.

Short form numbers are used throughout the English speaking world and are the international scientific standard.
Why is is that you think that your system of squaring makes more sense than the system of a new name for every third power of ten?

11·2 years agoProbably not custom. Many brands allow the tv to be put into hotel mode. If you have your own remote (or an IR blaster) then you can take them out of it.

24·2 years agoThis is why I am always annoyed that England, Wales,and Scotland get to represent separately in international competitions. They’re essentially states, and you don’t see Texas turning up to the football world cup or something.
