Oh right, lol. Yeah I don’t usually read the comments of shitposts, which is part of why I commented; it seems so weird to have serious discussion about slavery in this community. Almost like, disrespectful? And either way, that aside, it’s just totally not what you expect upon opening a shitpost community.

I really don’t know what happens to them when AI is mentioned.

I’ve seen some of their other comments that are about other things, and they’re often coherent, reasonable, and even witty - but as soon as they start talking about chatbots it’s like their brain short-circuits and they just blather.

Why would I care about your little chatbots, Jake? You go off on these long, incoherent rants that honestly feel like some sort of schizophrenic meltdown over how there are sentient gods or personalities in your chatbots, and then act like you’re typing reasonable stuff that we should all do our due diligence and read. I feel like you need to get your head on straight and stop interacting with the robots, but I also find it relatively funny so I hope you don’t 🤷‍♂️ godspeed buddy 🫡

I honestly thought this was a joke about this character specifically. It didn’t come off as “dumb woman annoying” to me, it came off as an in-joke about how this character. I didn’t watch GoT but obviously we all know bits about it by osmosis, I thought one of the main things about Cerci was that she is like, super paranoid and reacts to plots that aren’t there, sort of a Caligula/Nero type? Or maybe Tiberius I guess, I don’t know how malicious she was written as.

Rereading it, I can see how someone might take it as something mocking women in general but I feel like someone doing that is actively looking for something to be upset about.

The Borderlands, on the other hand, is a pretty good found footage horror that I’d definitely recommend
