As nice as it would be to have it on steam there is just no incentive to rebuy it. It doesn’t even take much extra work to get the battle net version running on a steam deck.

Yeah but then I pick it up from the nearby Best Buy so no more of that.
The only problem with the sentiment of “just don’t use it” is that many of these stores have like one manned checkout vs a dozen sel checkouts. Not about to sit in line with the carts full of stuff when I need to grab two things.
News channels have been using YouTube to upload clips and segments for many many years now. But you probably don’t like YouTube because it’s big bad to folk like you.
I hope to see a bigger push across all tech for this. We can’t possibly do better in the fight to improve the climate if we keep using gadgets that have to be replaced every two years.
It isn’t that bad and really the endgame needs some time tuning but is in an overall better place than it has been for most Diablo launches.
At least I bought a pool ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Having the standard three and a top center is perfect way to run a dual personal/work PC setup in my experience.
Edge is fine for the most part. I prefer FireFox on my personal devices but Edge does the job for Enterprise pretty well.
Longcat is longgg.
I feel like it’s a refreshing stance to see from a game developer honestly. So much of gaming in general over the last decade evolved into trying to keep the player tied down to that single game especially so for anything live service.
Yeah it’s got to be hard to program the AI to let off the gas an invested DM would know how to do naturally.
Are there any special considerations for screen protectors if you have the 512 with the built in anti glare?
You perfectly describe how it felt on Reddit to comment and what turned me into a lurker after the years went by. Doing my best to be more active on Lemmy to help get this thing growing!
Official dock works great for me.
It’s a good idea to check in on this every so often just to make sure your employers are paying their contributions too. I recall some horror stories when this this been posted before.
Outside of trying out the sorc on one of the beta weekends nothing else really. I think I am leaning towards a Necro or a Rogue though. It’s interesting to hear the storm build is so squishy since bear is at the complete opposite end and could be one of the tankiest builds around but it makes sense.
I can’t decide what class to play for the season. I have been running pulverize druid since launch and it’s fun but I want to try something else. I think the bear druid build might be a better fit if I ever decide to make a hardcore character anyway.
I think the guide I had originally followed was actually for World of Warcraft so I don’t see why you wouldnt be able to apply that to Diablo 3 - but the issue with D3 on the deck would ultimately probably be that the PC version of the game has no official controller support.
