Would a hardware wallet suffice? Or does that not meet your requirement of needing a GUI?
Otherwise what about running Electrum on an old laptop with the network card removed?
In any case the hot wallet could be a watch only wallet under Electrum. Whatever you choose for the cold wallet, you could sign transactions there and broadcast them from the hot wallet.
I am still using Jerboa. It’s better than before, but still has glitches. I am sticking with it to spite myself.

I had the problem too after jerboa updated itself. I logged out and logged back in again and that fixed it.

I have made multiple attempts to delete my reddit history. I tried shreddit, Power Delete Suite, and redact. The history kept popping back up. It got restored in waves, subreddit by subreddit.
Many people have said that the problem relates only to subreddits that went dark and this is not true. I had history popping back from many different subreddits, whether or not they participated in the blackout, and even after the blackout ended.
Finally with redact I tried modifying all my old posts rather than deleting them. That change seems to have stuck for now.
Man, that poor Christian Selig, he’s getting blamed for everything.
