Pretty rude to use a real picture of a real person as an example of someone you find repulsive. What did she ever do to you? And he wonders why women aren’t into him…

That’s the best part. Either someone just made that picture theirs and made a meme or the actual person said oh fuck you and took their power away, framing their dependency for external validation as their flaw, not hers. Delicious.

Fat phobia? Not being attracted to a person who is fat or any other trait isn’t phobia. I am pretty sure fat phobia means that you think badly of fat people.

      Also Zendaya is half black.

That guy is an asshole but can’t really classify either of those things based on this one post.

Edit: looks like he may be a black man https://xcancel.com/Comrademoose

Oil is hydrophobic because it’s repulsed by water. I suspect OP is repulsed by fat people. I also suspect he thinks badly of fat people.

Also, black people can definitely be racist. I’ve been told that most black people have had the experience of scrubbing their skin with soap and water as a child, trying to rub the blackness off. That’s called internalised racism, and it’s a big problem. In a society that trains people to be racist, even black people can be affected.

Maybe there’s less racism in your country than where I’m from. I’m from Australia and that’s what I’ve been told by the black people I know around here.

I’m from diet Australia with guns (Texas. Former coworker from Australia described the state as such) and that upsets me.

I’ve taken several of my fellow melanin-deficient (now ex) coworkers to management for saying unacceptably stupid shit. The idea people could be dumber over race in today’s abundance of knowledge is just upsetting.

To be clear, I’m talking about the people that caused the issue to make people feel the need to attempt to “clean” and not those that attempted the act.

The government was taking black children away from their parents and putting them on missions to be raised by nuns until the 1970s. Many weren’t citizens until the 1967 referendum on Aboriginal rights. They weren’t counted as part of the population in the national census, and weren’t required to vote.

It’s very similar to how America treated its Indigenous people, except the Turtle Islanders had treaties. As far as I know, we didn’t have any treaties with Aboriginal people here until the late 20th century. We still don’t in many places.

I think the biggest reason for that is that the Turtle Islanders built a lot more permanent structures that were obviously humanmade. That’s not the case in most of Australia. Aboriginal people made their mark on the landscape by using cold fire to terraform the natural environment into an ideal habitat for food species. It was a form of agriculture fully integrated into the natural environment, and thus invisible to early white people. A lot of colonisers had no idea that the land they were stealing was inhabited, until the locals showed up months later asking what these foreigners were doing in their homes.

White people had no fucking clue how to even perceive the advanced structures the First Australians built, so they viewed the people as akin to animals and barely bothered to treat with them.

That is POSSIBLY true. I am going with probabilities here with only the data I have. statistically, he probably is not racist against his own race. I am indeed assuming he is black. Could be a racist troll for all I know.

My point isn’t to make a claim, you made a claim. I just wanted to point out that there is not enough information based on this one post to claim that.

What does oil have to do with humans? If someone asked me to define my type I wouldn’t put someone who is morbidly obese. Doesn’t mean I think less of them. I respect and appreciate them as much as the next person but that doesn’t mean I want to fuck them.

Well he’s going into public to make jokes to strangers about how he doesn’t like this woman’s appearance.

Right now you’re operating at level 1 social skill, which is analysing the content of the message.

You’ve got to get to level 2, which is analysing the context of the message. Where, when, and how it’s said, and the fact that the speaker felt the need to say it at all.

Understood, I am now going 2 levels deep. I believe you are way too sensitive and are trigger happy pulling the racist and fatphobic card with very little information. I don’t know why you felt the need to say he was fatphobic and racist on a shitpost.

The guy posting the original message is clearly an asshole, but you are inferring more with very little information.

Would be like being alcoholic phobic. Don’t worry about what they say girl, own it! Drink 12 beers per day!

Yeah, plenty of people like fat people. And plenty of people choose to be or to become fat.

I was gonna say you’re not fatphobic, since you don’t talk about this stuff unprompted. But when prompted, you started assuming everyone feels the same way as you and dismissing the diversity of different people’s preferences in a way I don’t like. I think you should be more open minded. Not everyone is the same as you.

I hope you don’t make someone’s life miserable once they get married to you and they become out of shape. Or do you have some kind of shitty photographic memory where you remember you married a slim person and can see through fat?

That’s a harsh and cruel way to think. Maybe realize that the body can gain fat even with a perfect diet and exercise for reasons beyond one’s control.

I’m not defending the guy, but why call him fatphobic and racist, which isn’t relevant here, instead of, you know, saying he’s mean, an asshole, prick, etc…?

Truth be told, if you asked most people to recreate this meme but for them, they would also appear racist and fatphobic to you.
