      Plenty of destruction of state property and even several assassinations with cover up by said state (Luke’s uncle and aunt, the jawas’ sandcrawler)

        Disney bought Lucasfilm in 2012 and Star Wars: Rebels started in 2014, so all the arrests of those characters count.
