hong konger here! the beef balls certainly taste better than they look; they’re very abundant here as a hotpot ingredient. idk about the sausage, but it looks like a standard chicken frank.
The color of the meats makes it look rancid. I would have to pass on that, but I wonder how the sauce tastes.

Idk, with that sauce it might taste amazing.
I’d fold the sauce portion over the meat portion to coat it (like those yogurt cups). It would probably look a lot more appetizing that way.
